Blog Dare - Day 26 - I am excited about...

I am excited about a couple of things..first being that I am now an official "manager" to a team of 5 that I will be starting tomorrow!! The second thing that I am excited about is my trip to Vegas for 4nights and 5 days in mid March for my birthday and hoping that I can go with my friend and not end up going by myself! Either way I am going!!!!!!!!!

1. Where are you from and where do you live now?
From a somewhat small town in Southwest OK

Hmm, don't think that I would really want too!!

4. Do you feel you family is complete or would you like more/some children?
Sometimes I feel like I want another child or two

5. What do you do/Where do you work and do you enjoy it?
I work here at home as a customer service specialist and just got hired as a manager and yes very happy with the work that I do and enjoy it very much.

Patient, bold, mama

7. If you were a fairy what magical powers would you possess?
Would love to make the world a happier place with less violence!

8. If you were invisible, where would you go and what would you do? Why?
I would visit a few of my friends just to see what they were up too oh and maybe a not so friend person lol

Twilight!!

11. Why do you blog?
To keep my sanity because if I didn't my head would explode!! There is just too much going on in this head of mine to not get it out in blogs daily!

Just take the time for yourself no matter what you need or think you have to do..the clothes and dishes can wait! Take time for yourself.

13. What can’t you live without?
My kids and my laptop to blog on!!

My personal ones that get out all of my feelings that are in my head.

15. Have you ever met a famous person? Who and where?
The Dukes of Hazard cast when I was younger loved it!

Last night thankfully!

17. What would you think is harder: Going to work or staying at home with children?
Both..going to work you have to leave your children and have someone else watch all the firsts and listen to all the first happen in your kids lives but staying at home which I am, you have to deal with the chaos 24/7 and never get a real break.

18. What are you doing for Easter?
Staying here at home enjoying time with the kids

19. What is your favorite drink?
Non-alcoholic - Vanilla Coke from Sonic
Alcoholic - Strawberry Daiquiri

Sometimes basketball and bowling now and again

I think that I am more clever then the average bear!! LOL

I admire my grandfather for all that he went through and my uncle.

Ways to make money at home

So what are some ways that you make money at home? Or do you even care about making money at home?

I just thought I would ask and try to get some opinions and see how many of us out there love to stay at home and make money.

I have been fortunate enough to always of stayed home since I got married and had kids. I have been working here at home for over 10 years and mostly dealing in the customer service field. And yes that takes a ton of patience to deal with customers/clients calling in and tearing you up when they are charged too much for something or maybe they didn't receive anything or didn't receive what they ordered etc so yea it takes a lot to be on the other end of the phone when you have a complaint to file with any company. I love that kind of work and have been on both ends the receiving end and the griping end!

I recently got offered a managers position and I took it for the same company that hired me on as a CSR (customer service rep) and while I am a little nervous about having my own team to take care of and help I am so thrilled about having the official title of a "Manager" and getting paid for it while working here in my home office. I love it!

Blog Dare - Day 25 - A useless baby product

A useless baby product...hmm well its been awhile since I've had a baby around here..so lets see I'm not to sure..The first thing that came to mind was baby wipes..you can just use wash cloths and wash them instead of spending money on them to be thrown away. I'm sure there are other useless baby products out there but I haven't been in the baby aisles lately so not too sure what other things are out there...
